Regular meetings are held once a week on the day and time specified in the bylaws. However, regular meetings may be canceled only by resolution of the board of directors on legal holidays or other justifiable reasons. In Japan, one hour is generally spent, and the closing time is strictly adhered to, with exceptions.Regular meetings are from 1:12pm to 30:13pm, except for clubs that have been designated separately.

During this hour, members deepen their friendships, understand Rotary, have a meal together, and listen to a meaningful 1-minute talk to naturally acquire knowledge and education as a Rotarian.
